Reports To: Head of Mergers and Acquisitions


Summary: The Business Development Partner is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and negotiating new business opportunities for the Mergers and Acquisitions team. This role will play a key part in the growth of the business by developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and investors.


Responsibilities: Identify and source new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and investors. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. Negotiate and close deals. Monitor the performance of existing clients and partners. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.


Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field. Strong network of contacts in the industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
